Terms of Service
Time work:The waiting time will depend on the type of commission, varying from 1-2 weeks.
Work Process:
Sketch (max. two free modifications, 3 initial sketches will be offered to choose based on the customer's request).
Lineart (No drawing modifications are allowed once the final sketch has been approved).
Base color (max. two free modifications, once the final colors are chosen no modifications will be allowed).
Render (Final Stage, no color modifications neither drawing are allowed on this part).
*Each stage of work will be presented to the client through screenshots with watermarks, and the evidence of the final illustration will be presented with a photo until the client pays the remaining 50% of the comission. Once the total payment is completed, I'll send the illustration via email.
Payments & Refunds
The current payment methods I have available are PayPal and Ko-fi.
50% of the total commission will be paid in advance, once the commission is completed the other 50% of the payment will be requested.
If the 50% of the initial price requested is not paid, I have the right to refuse to make the commission for non-payment.
2 free changes are allowed in the sketch phase and 2 free changes in the base color revision. If the client exceeds the maximum number of free changes they will be charged a fee of 10% of the total commission for each additional change.
Once the illustration is finished, the client will not be able to ask for a refund, since the work has already been delivered.
There is a right to a refund if the client paid 50% of the fee in advance and I haven't started the work yet, but it will be the client's responsibility to be attentive and give advance notice in case they chosen not to want the illustration.
Once I reached the lineart part there will be no possibility of a refund.
If I have already started to illustrate, but the client is not able to pay the other 50% at the end of the comission, they'll have to notify me in advance, in order to give a work according to the amount that was previously deposited, but this notification must be done in the lineart part.
If the illustration is completed but the client refuses or is unable to pay the remaining amount, I'll have the right to not give the finished work.
Copyrights policy
The comission will be exclusive for personal use only, so the client will not have the right to use, edit or replicate them for commercial purposes. It's also strictly forbidden to feed the AI with the comission, be respectful please.
The client will receive a high quality illustration, watermarked with my artist username (in this case Mstry_rain), a watermark that's not alowed to be removed or edited by the client.
The comission can be reposted in other social networks and/or used as profile picture, as long as the corresponding credits are given to the artist (in this case Mstry_rain).
The client must consider the possibility that their commission could be published in my social networks, but I will let them know in advance if I am going to publish it. If the client wishes, I can tag them in my post or leave them anonymous to respect their privacy.
